Kidz Zone

My 1st Sunday

Kidz-Zone-4-15-12

Your First Time:

Check-in

When you come to Abundant Life, your first stop will be at our check-in kiosks. This is where you meet some great people, register your children and start your visit to our church. At the kiosk, just follow a few simple steps to sign-in your children.

  1. Click on the link "New Child Registration."  This will take you to a registration page.  Please fill out all the information requested for each child separately.  After you have finished, click "Submit."  Again, you will have to do this for each child.
  2. Once you have completed the New Child Registration form, your children should appear in the drop down menu in alphabetical order by last name.
  3. Select your child by double clicking their name.
  4. Fill in room they are attending, your name, pager/pin number and which service(s) you are attending.  Pagers and PIN’s are available right at the kiosk. You may also list any special needs at this time.  Once you have done this, click "Submit"
  5. Congratulations!  Your child is now checked in.  All that is left to do is print their name tag(s).  At the bottom of the page, click the "Print" button for the name tags and then click once more on the pop-up.  Your child's name tag will print out ready to go!

That’s it! Now you and your children are ready to have a great time. All that’s left is to get to your rooms. After you have completed signing in the children, ask one of our Welcome Staff to take you to the correct rooms.

Pick-up

Picking Up Your Child - You must present the correctly numbered PIN to pick up your child. No child will be released without the correct PIN.  If the PIN is lost, Pastor Zach must be contacted before the child can be released from the room.  For your convenience, the PINs are pins so you can attach them to your belt or purse.
Children should be picked up within 10 minutes after the end of service.

Other Things we do:

Store – the Store is a place for kids to spend their hard earned “Bible Bucks” for candy, prizes, toys and much more. “Bible Bucks” can be earned by bringing a Bible, sitting quietly, participating in small groups and even through drawings and contests. The Store is open the last Sunday of every month.

Kid’s Camp @ Lake Geneva Christian Center
– Each June we attend the Minnesota Assemblies of God Kid’s Camp. The camp is at Lake Geneva in Alexandria. Kids can have a great experience growing deeper in their relationship with God and having a blast!

Christmas Musical
– Each year’s Christmas musical is one of the highlights of the year. This is a great opportunity for kids to get involved and have a blast celebrating Jesus’ birth.

Easter Egg Hunt
– Candy and fun. Those are 2 words that could describe our Easter Egg Hunt. Each year on Easter we have an Egg Hunt that makes Easter Sunday even more fun as we remember Jesus’ sacrifice and his resurrection.
