Women's Ministry at Abundant Life Church is a gathering place where women can:
- connect within the family at ALC
- be inspired to grow in relationship with Jesus and others, and
- find a place to reach out and be a blessing
There are four distinct branches within the structure of our Women's department. They consist of the following: Evangelism, Mentoring, Prayer, and Servanthood. There are lots of places to get involved and also to serve!
Evangelism
Designed to bring together women of the church and the surrounding community for fellowship and to introduce and nurture their relations with Christ and one another.
- Events (Spring Luncheon, Christmas Gala, The Gathering Place in February, June, and September)

- Garage Sale (annually in the Spring)
Mentoring
Crafted to encourage relationships between women, Through the sharing of experiences, goals, God's provisions and purpose, and becoming more intimate with one another and with the Lord.
- Women of Courage Retreat (ALC-only event in March_
- Whole Heart Ministry (Ministry to the body, mind, and spirit through teaching and small groups - fall through spring)
- Flourish (Mentoring Groups)
- Bible Studies
- Exercise Classes (M-F mornings at the church - Free!)
Prayer
Dedicated to seeking God's will and provision in the lives of women through intercession supplication and praise.
- Ladies Prayer ( Wednesday's from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. in the life Center)
Servanthood
Devoted to the support and encouragement of women during life changes, by means of (but not limited to) visitation, meal preparation and delivery, wedding and baby showers.
- Meals Ministry ( Hospital release meals, shut-in meals, funeral meals
- Showers (Wedding and First baby)
- Service Ministry (Assisting families and the church)
